We are pleased to confirm that the Bakersville Township Development in Namibia has reached the final stages of its development preparation.
👉In response to recent commentary, we wish to clarify the status of the project.
* Bakersville is a private settlement located northeast of Walvis Bay Airport, outside the Walvis Bay municipal boundary.
* The development is independent in nature and is not under the jurisdiction of the Walvis Bay Municipality, which has formally confirmed that it is not involved in the project.
* The development continues to receive support from relevant governmental authorities, and the finalization of essential services is currently underway.
* Residential and industrial investment opportunities remain available.
